A new telematics system for excise refunds in Belgium went into effect in 2024, allowing Belgian authorities to check applications more quickly.

To activate this system, please contact our office and send us the necessary documentation.
Once we receive the documents, we will forward them to the Belgian authorities so that your applications can be submitted in a timely manner.
This procedure is valid for those who already have a registration number.
