It is no longer necessary to have a leasing or sublease contract with a minimum duration of two years to be able to submit a refund request.

Following the new provisions received from the French authorities on 09/18/2023, for all refund requests relating to periods after 1 January 2022, it is no longer necessary to have a leasing or sublease contract with a minimum duration of two years To be able to submit a refund request, it is sufficient that the refund period has passed.
